Please note that the mattress may take 3-14 days depending on temperature and climate. Due to the thermo-sensitive nature of urethane foam (high resilience foam becomes softer at higher temperatures and firmer at lower temperatures), restoration may take longer if restored in cold conditions during winter. Additionally, the timing of partial restoration may vary. Placing it in a room with a temperature above 18 degrees for about half a day can facilitate recovery.
**If the smell is a concern after opening:**
– The initial odor upon opening is characteristic of new urethane and is harmless.
– If the smell is bothersome after opening, please dry it in a well-ventilated area before use. The odor usually diminishes to a negligible level within a few days to a week.
