The mattress restores in about 1 to 2 days. Depending on temperature and humidity, it may take 3 to 14 days. For compressed packed mattresses, due to the thermo-sensitive nature of urethane foam (rebound elastic foam becomes softer at higher temperatures and firmer at lower temperatures), restoration in cold areas during winter may take longer. There might also be variations in restoration timing in different parts. Placing it in a room with a temperature above 18 degrees Celsius for about half a day aids recovery. The smell upon opening is characteristic of new urethane and is harmless. This product is compressed packed. To prevent damage to the cover’s zipper due to expansion upon opening, the zipper is pre-opened about 10cm. After opening, please close the zipper before use.
