Description

This product is made from 100% domestically produced soybeans and is a slightly firm dried yuba.
When fried and sprinkled with salt, it becomes a snack, and when sprinkled with sugar, it becomes a sweet treat.
The shelf life is over six months.
Its shape resembles a rain gutter, which is called “toyu” in Kyoto, hence the name “toyu yuba.”
Other companies may refer to it as “bamboo yuba” or “stick yuba.”
