The greatest challenge in development was achieving the perfect fit for the handle. Adjustments were made repeatedly in millimeters to balance stability and comfort, creating a masterpiece with attention to detail beyond appearance.

By overseas molding, approximately 50% cost reduction was achieved. While insisting on top-quality materials and sharpening, a mass production system was established, resulting in significant cost reductions. The hybrid production method combining Japan and overseas succeeded in reducing the price by 50% compared to traditional methods.

The ume-musubi, the motif for the hana logo, symbolizes “tying bonds,” expressing the wish for a strong connection with loved ones. Ume also means “amulet,” making it suitable for gifts such as birth celebrations, housewarming, and new life occasions.
