Refund and Returns Policy

We will accept returns for refund in the following cases after confirmtation:

-In the case if you receive a product different from what you ordered.

-In the case if the defective item arrives.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In these cases, we will check the situation first, so please contact us and let us know the details via contact form.

If you can write detailed information such as item name, tracking number, defective point, etc. when making inquiries, we will check the situation smoothly and respond you.

Return and refund due to customer’s convenience

We do not accept any return and exchange requests on customer’s convenience.

In case of your goods are returned or confiscated because you refuse or neglect to pay customs duties or other taxes.

Payment of customs duties and other taxes is the buyer’s responsibility.

If the goods are returned to us or, in the worst case, confiscated by the relevant authorities due to the above reasons, JapanBestsellers.com is not responsible and we will not accept any refund requests.

In case of damage or lost during delivery

If the item had damage or lost due to trouble on the transportation, it will be covered by the shipping carrier within the maximum amount of compensation specified for each shipping method.

At that time, we will support you to claim the compensation.

In case of damages, please keep all damaged merchandise and all packing materials and boxes used for incoming shipments as it is. Take the photo for those, and let us know the details also. In that case, we will advise you on what to do next.
