What is JapanBestSellers.com?

We are proud that Japanese products are excellent because they are made with high quality and honest corporate efforts. We want to deliver great products from Japan to people all over the world. However, you may be unsure which ones to choose. We research purchasing data from Japanese people who actually use these products, and suggest to you the best products that are truly popular and purchased in Japan.

When will my order be processed?

To deliver you as fast as possible, once you place the order, your order will be checked and processed immediately by our support team. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification email that the shipment has been completed and which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes if any.

How do JapanBestSellers.com pack and send my orders?

We use bubble wrapping material, and well pack your items to protect during delivery.

Is it possible to cancel the purchased item?

Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to cancel or change for customer’s convenience.

Please make sure to check the item content and amount before placing an order.

Can JapanBestSellers.com send it as a gift?

We will sell and ship to personal use purpose only.

Can JapanBestSellers.com support the customs clearance procedures?

When the item is purchased from overseas and arrive at the country of destination, custom office of the destination will inspect the package before clearing it for delivery to the customer. Depending on the contents, and the value of the item, customs office may ask you to declare and complete the payment for customs duty, when this happens, please follow the instructions of the customs office to complete the necessary procedures.

Please note that customs related issues are the law of the destination countries, we do not have any influence and control on customs related matters, and cannot complete customs clearance on customers’ behalf.

What is Foreign transaction fees?

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

All transactions on our store will be handled in USD through Stripe at the checkout page.
