The “Quick Cook Sanuki Udon” is dried noodles made using 100% wheat from Kagawa Prefecture. These dried Sanuki udon noodles cook in just three minutes. Among the dried udon noodles sold by the company, they cook the fastest.
For storage, avoid high temperatures and humidity, and store at room temperature. The shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.
To prepare, add the udon to boiling water (at least 1 liter per bundle) and stir gently to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
For cooking time, use three minutes for “kama-nuki” and four to five minutes for “zaru udon” as a guideline, adjusting to your preferred firmness. “Kama-nuki” is a menu option where the noodles are not chilled in cold water but are removed directly from the pot and served with sauce.

**Usage Instructions**
Add the product into boiling water (at least 1.5L per 100g), stirring slowly to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
