It is possible to naturally reduce sugar intake and consume adequate dietary fiber. The product uses a 100% whole wheat type where approximately 12% of flour is replaced with wheat bran (dietary fiber), containing 9.9g of dietary fiber per serving (100g). The daily target intake of dietary fiber is 20g or more, but the average modern person’s intake is less than 15g according to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Therefore, one serving of whole wheat udon (100g) can supplement the deficiency.

The taste and texture differ from regular dry udon noodles (made with 100% wheat flour). Please note that individual preferences may vary.
