This gluten-free pasta noodle (brown rice noodles) is made entirely without wheat flour, using only brown rice flour from Sasanishiki rice grown in Miyagi Prefecture and potato starch from Hokkaido. It contains no chemical seasonings, preservatives, or colorings. The production facility uses no wheat whatsoever. Additionally, the roasting and milling of the brown rice flour are conducted entirely within the factory. With a unique manufacturing process, it achieves a texture similar to fresh pasta noodles never seen before. The boiling time is 60 seconds for thin noodles and 90 seconds for flat noodles. Rich in minerals from brown rice, it is also recommended for a gluten-free diet. The shelf life is one year. It can also be used as emergency food.
